The Grey-capped Emerald Dove is a small, colorful forest pigeon that lives in dense understory and forest edges. It spends most of its time quietly walking along the ground, foraging through leaf litter. Its bright green wings contrast with its otherwise muted coloration, flashing when it takes flight.
